COVID Spring Booster 2024
This year’s COVID Spring Booster vaccination clinics for our eligible registered patients will be held on the following dates:
Saturday 25th May at the Health and Wellbeing Centre from 8:30am until 13:30pm
Saturday 1st June at Church Stretton Medical Practice from 9:00am until 13:00pm
These Clinics are by Appointment slot invite only for eligible patients over the age of 75 years and in the at-risk category.
