The practice employs various full-time and part-time staff, all of whom are able to help with a variety of enquiries.
Please remember that everyone working at the practice treats all patient information in the strictest confidence. Sometimes our reception staff need a little more information from a patient to help the doctors and nurses
Management

The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses.
The general administration team work on a variety of behind the scenes administration work necessary for the smooth running of the practice including scanning of clinical letters, processing of medical records, clinical coding, patient access administration, registration administration and patient searches.

Secretaries provide adminstrative support to the GP's and nursing team - processing referrals to secondary care, typing letters to patients, liaising between patients and GP's, and between patients and hospitals. They take general enquiries from patients (between 2:30pm - 4:30pm daily). They also deal with all claim forms, insurance forms, sick note requests.

The Clinic Adminstrators carry out searches and practice audits, and arrange all the chronic disease adminstration and organisation.
